No Returns Policy
RocDom Threads does not accept returns or exchanges on any items. All sales are final. We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images carefully before purchasing.
Exceptions We will only process refunds in cases of:
- Defective or damaged items received
- Items significantly different from description
- Order processing errors on our part
For these exceptions, please contact us at rocdombiz@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
We do not offer returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of our products.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
